On the July 1st, Dnipro, Ukraine hosted The Second International Science and Practice Forum “Science and Business” organized by Noosphere.
Participants and guests of the event had discussed the main Forum topics during the General meeting and breakout sessions. The program focused on six key areas:
- economy and marketing
- mathematical models and methods for handling Big Data, and decision-making
- Artificial Intelligence models and methods
- space informatics
- modern geoinformation system applications (GIS)
- practical semiotics and its use in the economy and business
The Forum included a general meeting and 3 breakout sessions on Economy and Marketing, AI models and methods, and the use of modern geoinformation systems as a basis of economic innovative development.
“Our goal is to connect science and business. Business must be backed by a philosophy, and science needs a pragmatic approach. The outstanding scientist Vladimir Vernadsky considered science to be the collective creativity of free individuals,” said Igor Khanin, prominent Ukrainian lecturer and scientist.
Speakers from Ukraine, Bulgaria, Georgia, and Azerbaijan shared their ideas on the major topics of the Forum. Professors came from Varna University of Management, Georgia Shota Rustaveli State University of Batumi, Geogian Technical University as well as leading universities in Ukraine. There also were representatives from EOS Data Analytics, DevRain Solutions and Maxymizely.
At the end of the conference, participants enjoyed a symphony presented by the Academic Symphony Orchestra of Dnipropetrovsk Philharmonic.
