Noosphere stimulates the discovery, use and dissemination of scientific knowledge. The scientific volunteer movement of the organization is based on research and educational goals.

  • Jamie Hyneman

    Specialist in engineering and experimental science. Founder of the special effects company M5 Industries. Robot designer. Since 2003, host of the MythBusters program. Judge of the Vernadsky Challenge 2017.

  • Ihor Homilko

    Associate Professor at the Faculty of Physics, Electronics and Computer Systems at Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. Candidate in Physics and Mathematical Sciences. His scientific interests lay in directing the advancement of electronic processes in heterogeneous structures and in automating the production of future microprocessor technology. He acts as a Mentor with the Noosphere Engineering School in Dnipro.

  • Tetiana Bulanaya

    Associate Professor of Mathematical Support for Computing Machines at Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. PhD in Technical Science (05.13.06, Information Technology). Author of 72 scientific publications and 2 patents in the field of IT. Mentor with the Noosphere Engineering School in Dnipro.

  • Olga Stepanchenko

    Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering. PhD in Technical Science with the dissertation topic of “Mathematical modelling of dissolving saline inclusions in the soil bases of hydrotechnical buildings”. She is a Mentor with the Noosphere Engineering School in Rivne.

  • Maryna Leshchenko

    Senior Lecturer, Department of International Economics and Business at Cherkasy State Technological University. In 2013 she defended her dissertation “Integration strategies of TNCs based on the development of holding structures” at the specialized academic council of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She graduated with a PhD in Economics, specializing in World Economy and International Economic Relations. She is a Mentor with the Noosphere Engineering School in Cherkasy.

  • Kateryna Molodetska

    Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Educational and Research Center for Information Technologies, and Professor in the Department of Computer Technology and Systems Modeling at Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. In 2018 she defended her dissertation “Methodology for constructing a system of state information security in the provision of services on social networks” and received the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in ” Security of the State Information”. She is the author of more than 130 scientific works and has been a Mentor with the Noosphere Engineering School in Zhytomyr.

  • Serhii Rudnytskyi

    Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology Design at Cherkasy State Technological University. In 2013, he defended his dissertation and earned a PhD in Technical Science, with a specialty of “Information Security of the State”. He is a Mentor with the Noosphere Engineering School in Cherkasy.

  • Olga Nikoliuk

    Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, Deputy Head of the Educational and Research Center for Information Technologies, Professor in the Department of Computer Technology and Systems Modeling at Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. In 2017, she defended her dissertation and earned a Doctor of Economics degree with a focus of “Economics and Business Administration (by type of economic activity)”. She is the author of more than 80 scientific papers and a Mentor with the Noosphere Engineering School in Zhytomyr.

  • Anastasiia Strukulenko

    PhD in Historical Sciences. Head of the Archaeological Cabinet at the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. In 2011 she defended her dissertation on the topic: “New-building archaeological expeditions in the 70-90s of the twentieth century and their contribution to the study of the ancient history of the northern steppe region of Dnipro” in the URIAARK specialty 07.00.06 – historiography, source studies and special historical disciplines.

  • Yurii Letser

    In 2018 he earned a PhD in Economics with his dissertation “Formation of a complex economic and organizational model of production using information technology”. In his scientific works, he describes a business model template and cognitive model of managing the development of IT companies, and provides practical recommendations for improving the IT industry of Ukraine.   • Anton Senenko

    PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Head of the Physical Electronics Laboratory at the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Works in the field of nanotechnology, studying changes in the properties of substances depending on their structures.   • Alexander Nesterenko

    Design engineer and entrepreneur. Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of KPI. Founder and CEO of the hardware product development bureau ARTKB and co-founder of the Ukrainian startup Hushme. Judge of the Vernadsky Challenge 2016.

  • Mykola Bormatenko

    Leading IT scientist. Earned a PhD in Economics in 2015 with the dissertation “Enterprise Management based on the development of communication systems and information services”. He participated in the Noosphere Scientific School’s International Scientific and Practical Conference.

  • Hennadii Shevchenko

    PhD in Technical Science, Head of the Knowledge Base for Association Noosphere. In 1982, he defended his dissertation on: “Search for empirical regularities of experimental data using logical-combinatorial methods” at the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, with the URIAARK specialty 05.13.01 – technical cybernetics and information theory. Author of over 100 scientific works. Participant of the Noosphere Scientific School’s International Scientific and Practical Conference.

  • Volodymyr Bilozubenko

    Head of the Department of International Economic Relations, Regional Studies and Tourism at the University of Customs and Finance. In 2011, he earned the academic title of Associate Professor of international economics. In 2013, he received a Doctor of Economics with the URIAARK specialty 08.00.02 – World Economy and International Economic Relations (dissertation topic “EU Innovation System: Methodology and Development Trends”).
