For the sixth year in a row, the Noosphere Space Art Challenge—a national children’s space art competition—brought together thousands of young artists from around the world. This year’s theme was “Expedition Through Uncharted Worlds.” From March 3 to April 27, kids let their imaginations soar, creating out-of-this-world illustrations. On May 16, the organizers, NGO Association Noosphere, announced the 10 winners and revealed 11 artworks chosen to be featured on the digital card designs of Sense Bank.
A total of 24,327 young artists, aged 3 to 17, participated in the challenge. Children from every region of Ukraine joined the expedition, along with participants from 25 other countries, including Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Albania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Peru, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, the USA, and Turkey.
As in previous years, the most active age group was 8–12 years old, who submitted 13,405 drawings. The younger group, aged 3–7, created 7,846 artworks, while the teens aged 13–17 contributed 3,076 pieces.
This year, a new category was also introduced—for art created with the help of artificial intelligence. The organizers received 2,550 AI-assisted entries.

This year’s challenge was also special thanks to a new official partnership with Sense Bank. The bank’s team selected 11 of the most vibrant artworks and turned them into digital card designs for the Sense SuperApp. These cards are already available to users, so anyone can make their account a little more “space-themed” by switching to a child’s artwork in the card settings.
“For us, joining the Noosphere Space Art Challenge was a way to support children’s creativity and show how dreams, technology, and care can shape the future. Each artwork isn’t just a drawing—it’s a vision of a new world through a child’s eyes. We’re proud to have brought 11 of these visions into the digital world with our Sense SuperApp cards,” said Yevheniia Holik, Head of Communications at Sense Bank.
The Noosphere Space Art Challenge has been running since 2019. In total, over 81,000 children and teens have taken part—nearly 53,000 of them in just the past two years. This achievement was officially recognized as a Ukrainian record for the largest online children’s space art contest ever held in the country.
