The first Ukrainian robotics festival, BestRoboFest, will take place on 4-5 June in Dnipropetrovsk. The Noosphere-organized event will bring together enthusiasts, inventors, and robots to the first event of its kind in Ukraine.
Making these little competitors requires skill in computer science, artificial intelligence, electronics, bioengineering, and nanotechnology. The festival will demonstrate the latest engineering achievements to showcase the greatness of the human mind. The era of advanced technology has already begun and we are striving to stay at the forefront of this revolution.
The festival is divided into several parts, including several competitions for the robots themselves. Visitors will enjoy watching the Robo Races, Black Line Racing, Robo sumo, Scratch, Free Style competition, and the Copter Race.
Do-it-yourself competitors with the best custom-built robot can win an additional 15 000, 10 000 and 5 000 UAH for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively!
During the event, the audience will be able to take special classes and attend presentations from leading experts in various fields. There will also be an exhibition of technical innovations and an art zone at the festival, including eco installations, 3-D design, street-art, and graffiti-art.
Smart technologies are constantly being created by cutting-edge teams that are always trying to push the boundaries. At the BestRoboFest, we would like to find teams of innovators that can show us new achievements in robotics.
